Very practical and safe way to organise a trip abroad, maybe just a little lack of information regarding the steps to follow

A lot of choice and nice proposals!
Your internet site is clear and easy to use.
I like to have the opportunity to speak to someone but you are well organized to answer our questions and the chosen association also, it compensate surely, just a question of habits maybe...

The people from volunteer world I have gotten in contact with during my process of finding the volunteers program that suited me the best where so kind and approachable, especially Kevin from Stay Africa. I couldn’t recommend more this site. What’s more, the site is very well made, each program has its own page with all the information you need, and if you have any question, the sweetest people from the program will answer you in no time.

Haven't started my trip yet, but absolutely love how the platform/organisation works.
The communication is also one of the things I like here: So many nice people helping you! Interesting articles to inform yourself and so on :)

Hello Eve,
thank you very much for your open feedback. Let us briefly state that Volunteer World - as a marketplace - do not set the prices at all. Each social project determines its own prices. Thus, Volunteer World has no control over the pricing policy of NGOs.
Hope that makes sense :)

I think the website is confusing in some areas. For instance there isn't enough guidance in the process. My application said that I'm done but I'm not sure how is going to work after I paid the deposit. I'm going to travel to a country that is completely unknown for me. I wish there was more guidance.

We are constantly working to improve our processes. We understand that even more information is desired after the deposit has been paid. We have noted this and will make appropriate improvements. Thank you :)
