Top notch product and great customer service! We were looking for custom length solid wood floating shelves, and we also needed the mounting brackets to be custom fabricated to work with our existing stud layout since we had no blocking. Hardwood Lumber Company made ordering easy and delivered a beautiful product. We will definitely be returning customers

sent wrong product, and was only willing to refund 25 %, actual scam company

Unfortuantely after reviewing the order it looks like we sent exactly the size that was ordered. We did offer to refund 50% of the product cost but being everything is custom made to order we can not offer a full refund.

The ordering process was great. I placed my order online and soon received an email confirming the cutout for the cooktop placement. We needed to update the placement and I quickly received an updated confirmation. I can’t wait to see how it looks once we’ve installed the butcher block countertop. Also, I shopped around quite a bit before selecting Hardwood Lumber - they had the best selection and best price compared to everyone else!

It took us a long time to finally make all of our choices for our Hickory on edge countertops. The amount of time was not because of Hardwood Lumber Co, it was because we were indecisive on what we really wanted. During the process, the sales and engineering people at HLC took the time and explained everything we had questions about.
The countertops were delivered with no complaints from us, the protective packaging did its job and we found zero damage. The delivery driver even helped me unload the package piece by piece and was very patient during my inspection of quality and sizing.

The product seems good but came very rough. Had to sand the cutting board myself, which seems odd if buying a finished product.
