I like the customization option but on the B side of the board, there is a massive unfilled knot that could have been filled prefinish. Its large enough to worry it impacts the integrity of the board

It was an 8 out of 10, when I first called and asked for quote on shipping I was given an email address and was asked to send an email with what I wanted, and it kind of felt like I was being shrugged off, had I not already decided on making a purchase it may have deterred me from moving forward, that said, I did get a response back from email within 24 hours, this is a potential pain point

Very disappointed. It was not clear enough that I was ordering countertop by the INCH. You have to click a tiny question mark to get this information. It should be more up front...example put 'inch' inline with the measurement input. Also, your 50% restock fee should be more prominent, not buried half way down the page. Now I am stuck with 2 pcs of way overpriced 5" x 16" pieces of material not worth returning and not useful for anything but firewood. Your rep explained everything, but did not offer any kind of good will restitution. You lost a customer forever. I will not order anything from you again on principle.

Everything about the process was exceptional. The CS team was very prompt and helpful with my questions!
My only note is this: I did not have a Bolt account prior to checkout, and when I registered afterwards, it did not recognize my purchase history, so I am unable to manually view updates. That led me to writing more emails than I ordinarily would. It would be nice if having an account wasn't an absolute requirement for order status updates.
