We had lots of customization options. In our specific circumstance we wanted an exact match to our island counter top, with specific c cuts, but we wanted it to be butcher block instead of what we had. We had lots of customization options and were able to take photos and give clear instructions to what we want. When our order arrived (early in fact, which was exciting) it could not have been a more exact match to the counter size we had. The price was considerably lower given the customizing options available, the quality was higher, and i could not have been blown away more by how perfect it is.
