Update typos corrected. Putting in wood stairs, don’t have a clue what I’m doing. The people are very nice. Very helpful. Sent me samples. I didn’t fill out my order form correctly I’m like I don’t know what kind of step surface. I said surprise me and they emailed me and I was like this company is serious about customer satisfaction and yeah, this is a run on sentence cause I’ve been drinking but here’s my point. I cannot wait to test if those stairs are gonna look good and I’m gonna order a ton of product because they have the best of what I’m looking at is the best of the best quality. . I was looking at that smelly Floor & Decor. I’m like where is the product? They’re like this is it I’m like screw that. I’m gonna go get something good and this is it. Thank you and my sample arrives on Monday and I can’t wait to start my project bring on the beautiful hardwood stairs. Dream home in 2026 is almost complete.

Order was late. Adjusted my order to include a bullnose on the maple treads and instead of adding the bullnose to the depth ordered, they kept the depth the same and the treads are now not deep enough for the risers which were ordered.
