How was your overall ordering experience with us? - Good
Did you encounter any issues or difficulties during the ordering process? - Yes, I had to follow up and see why my item had not shipped. Turns out it was just on the back burner because they had agreed to ship with FedEx but it was too large. Not one decided to reach out to me and let me know it must be cut or spend another $300 on shipping.
How would you rate the level of customer service you received from our team? - Customer service when I reached out was good and prompt. They offered overnight shipping to get it here on time which was great.
Were your inquiries addressed promptly and professionally? - Yes
Is there anything we can do to improve your experience in the future? - Better communication, however, I am a repeat customer and always love your products.

Hello Brian. Thank you for taking a moment to review our company. Our Rustic White Oak Wide Plank (Face Grain) Countertops are custom made and typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks. This is explained on our product page. Your order was placed November 9th, and we provided an estimated delivery date of December 12th at that time. Our records show that countertops were delivered on December 3rd. I hope that you are enjoying your new countertops and that there was just a misunderstanding about the time required for delivery. No issues at all making the order itself. There was a small issue where it was not properly linked to my email/account, but customer service very quickly resolved that after a message.
