The ordering experience was great. We had to order an additional piece to install our shelf properly. The only thing I would have appreciated is a deadline for when the offer of free shipping was going to expire. When we initially inquired about ordering the additional piece, the salesperson offered free shipping. When we were able to afford the extra piece, the free shipping offer was rescinded. If we had known that the offer would be revoked by a specific date, we would have prioritized this order above others.

Ordering was great and customer service was great. But disappointed in the final product. The top finish edge is very rough and is going to need significant sanding to smooth out. Gummy hand prints on top and side too that have left black smudges. And a very large crack that was poorly filled with putty. Not at all what I had expected for paying over $2,500 for. Can not post photos otherwise I would.
