When my counter top arrived it was not what I wanted. I called To return it and there is a 50% restock fee for a 16 inch board that they charged over $300.00 for. Went to Home Depot and got 14 feet for the same price roughly.

Quite pleased with our maple shelves!ordering was easy and our issue with one of the shelves was promptly corrected
Installation was tedious on the first since our studies didn't match up to the prefilled holes in the bracket and my husband doesn't totally trust toggles so he drilled new holes to go into studs. The second shelf was a breeze! The shelves are 6 feet long and look beautiful. We chose maple butcher block to go with our island

We were very excited to get our countertop for our island. It was picked up but had some bad marks on the finished side. The company responded quickly, replaced the countertop, and credited for the finishing oil that was already used on the original. We were upset to find a blemish but pleasantly surprised with how great the customer service was in resolving the issue!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered stair treads/risers and was surprised that HLC (Hardwood Lumber Co) immediately took my money from my debit card. I am used to companies taking the money when the product is shipped. Not with HLC. After 2 weeks I inquired about my order and they told me it would ship week 3. After week three they did not ship, sent me a email saying it was delayed and would ship the following week. I waited to friday of the following week, called them and found out it has not been shipped yet but they would ship today. To be direct, they took thousands of my dollars for a month and I still have no stairs. I could have used that interest for a month!
