We ordered unfinished wormy maple stair treads. They were packaged well to prevent any damage during shipping and the packaging was recyclable, which is nice. The stair treads look awesome, they have great character, and were well sanded and ready for us to finish. Highs recommend.

The customer service department was awesome. They were very responsive and provided an update each time I made an inquiry. The draftsman for the shop drawing was a little slow and had to be reveiwed twice to get it correct. The production time was delayed a week and we are now waiting on a delivery. If it is delivered next week, we will be happy. I would definately use them again.

Customer service was very responsive. The product was as represented. Lead time was reasonable. When the package arrived the staples had come loose, the box was completely open and the packaging material was falling out. Fortunately the product wasn’t damaged but easily could have been. A couple of simple binding straps could have made a difference.
