I sent in a sample color match. It doesn’t match at all. I wasted $80 on the samples and money and time shipping the color stain match to them. Both times I have ordered my samples they have been delayed and I had to check on their status. Small samples took way too long..they need to streamline that process so you don’t wait 4-5 weeks for a sample to arrive.

Had your company make two round tabletop. One 60 inch and one 24 inch for a lazy susan. The first 60 inch tabletop came with damage I had to send it back. Your company made a new one and it came undamaged but the finish could have used more coats of polyester finish you can still see the wood grain. The 24 inch is perfect very good finish. I wish the 60 inch tabletop finish looked like the 24 inch one. But we are happy with both tops. My opinion is the first 60 inch tabletop we sent back was not packed very good and that caused the damage and the second one was packed really good but not finished with enough coats of polyester. Your qualty control needs to be looked at someone is not paying attention. We also had a cutting board made for a gift and they love it.

The cherry butcher block top looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the way it looks, as well as the entire experience of ordering it. I'm mounting it on top of an iron pipe frame stand, and finishing it with butcher block oil and conditioner.

I didn't know what I didn't know about the different types of butcher block. I called and they explained the differences. We ordered samples with different edges, finishes, etc. Found what we wanted, got the measurements from our contractor and ordered online. They promptly emailed me saying they got my order and wanted to know how I wanted the bottom edge, which to me is attention to details. All in all, very happy with customer service and the website. It is supposed to arrive tomorrow and we are excited!
