Ordered 4 Premium Walnut boards. These were for an equipment rack. Shipping was via UPS. Unfortunately, the boards were damaged in transit. Packaging was just ok for the size of board and it's not too surprising that all the boards were dinged up. One board had a significant gouge.
Customer service offered an exchange or credit. I'm please with the result. Would recommend better packaging if sending via UPS/Fedex, otherwise the quality was excellent.

The board I ordered did not come properly finished with the mineral oil coating I requested. I followed instructions of washing in mild soap and water and it warped and cracked after just one use. The website has confusing instructions on how to contact them - it says to contact and send photos within 3 days of receiving the product, but the contact form doesn't allow photo attachments. I replied to the sales email seeing as that's the only "noreply" email I've gotten from them and am still waiting to hear back. I saw another customer had the same issue and received a replacement, but they said it was still not properly oiled and that they had to apply it themself. I am hoping to either receive a replacement, a refund, or credit to another board. For a quality company, this was disappointing as my first purchase here.

The piece I ordered was exact to spec, gorgeously finished and shipped in excellent packaging to protect the edges and corners (I was concerned about footprints on the box, likely from the delivery driver, but it was so well packaged that no damage occurred). The start to finish process is simple and the finished product came out exactly as ordered and received in good condition. For a single piece 147" butcher block countertop being delivered LTL on a flatbed that is a great accomplishment. ABF did an outstanding job and the driver was the best!
