The pricing was very different on line from what actual price was. When I received email updates I could not access the messages because I didn’t have an account. Everything was a fit frustrating. I will be grateful when I actually receive the order. I am concerned about what I will actually receive.

Website makes it easy to order. Product was just as expected. I ordered one oak tread cover as a sample, and plan to order more to complete a stairway rebuild.

I'm 50/50. On one side, very happy. On another side not happy. Ordered 2 shelves that were very expensive. One came in perfect, looks great. The other came in damaged and when I talked to the factory about it, while they agreed it was unacceptable, their solution was for me to attempt to fix it myself. And I agreed to do that. Their way to fix it didn't work 100%. So it needs to be cut and refinished. Instead of offering to have me send it back to them and have them do it 10 times faster and easier than me.. They simply gave me the thumbs up for me to do it myself. I am not happy that given the amount of money I spent, with the heat, humidity, rain, my small workshop, and my work schedule.. this will probably take me a couple of weeks to properly work on. So yeah. One thumbs up. One thumbs down.

We're very happy with Hardwood Lumber Co. We purchased a piece of butcher block counter top to replace the table in our motorhome. The counter top was excellent quality and spot on to the measurements we provided. Very little sanding was needed before we started applying the urethane coating. Thank you HWC!!

I ordered some custom sized stair treads from Hardwood Lumber Co. They said 3 weeks to ship and right on cue they shipped in 3 weeks and arrived promptly, each tread perfectly straight and beautifully crafted. I ordered red oak and they are truly some beautiful pieces of wood. They are taking the stain nicely, a few more passes of stain to get the just right color I want and they'll be ready to install.

The wood top was easy to spec and order with plenty of options to get things exactly right. The price was not cheap but reasonable given the quality of the product. I did not have to interact with customer service during this order so I can't comment on that part. The email communication during the ordering, waiting and shipping was very good and reassuring. The top arrived very well packed and undamaged. The top is exactly as ordered and is too beautiful to be in a laundry room. ;-)
Well done from a satisfied customer!
