Easy to select product, size and finish, as well as to make specific changes/requests, all through the interactive web portal. Pricing was very competitive and delivery came before the promised date, well packaged. The finished product was EXACTLY to specs and of high quality. Excellent value for money.

Hello, overall experience was very good. Shipping from Pitt Ohio was helpful, very nice man. One thing to be noted. The freight was wet when received. After inspection the butcher block top has a portion soaked with liquid. Leon from PO took photos.

Hi, HLC,
I am very pleased with my order. I have purchased some tung oil to coat and care for my butcher block. However, I must have inadvertently ordered two and I would like some help with a return shipping label…

Custom size countertop wood arrived at my door (NY) in 2 weeks time.
Online ordering was easy and intuitive. Selection was a wide choice of material.
Wood pieces were just as expected...excellent.
Wood was packaged extremely well and shipped by a top tier shipper and therefore in pristine shape.

Excellent products, excellent service! Our countertops arrived on time and in perfect condition even though we did purchase the insurance in the event they might have been damaged. We used mineral oil on our countertop and we k ew it would darken up after discussing this with customer service. We have only installed one so far and are extremely happy with how sturdy and beautiful this piece of wood is! I highly recommend these products over the local home stores !
