Customer service is non existent. I expected a pre manufacture info example something. I have received nothing. I called 2 weeks are and was told the info would be coming within the week. Nothing.

The ordering process and customer service was fine but I get the feeling that my small order for 13 stair treads was rushed out at the last minute after I received an email apologizing for the delay and then I called a week later to see where my order was. There was not much uniformity in my treads and it seems like someone could have taken 5 minutes to send me 13 treads that were similar.

It's interesting that all the review questions proposed for addressing aren't concerning
the finished and delivered product. Everything was fine until I got the shelf which has
a couple spots of glue front and center which are actually sealed under the clear coat.
Disappointing. I doubt the front office sees what the shop lets go out the door.

When the delivery came there was one stair treads that was damaged I notified the company and they sent a new one right out very pleased with everything.
