We ordered 5 countertops for our customer's remodel. 2 of them were cupped 3/8" from front to back and at 1 1/2" depth, too thick to flip and suck down to the cabinets to try to fix the bow. countertops were installed the day after we received them because of the week delivery delay and customer scheduling. ordering process was easy and follow through on our delivery delay questions were immediate from Maria. I don't think I would purchase the insurance again since there was a large gash from a forklift on the top of the pallet which seems like a norm with over the road deliveries. This is the first sub par order we have received from Hardwood Lumber so hopefully the next order will have a better result

Great ordering experience. Was easy to choose exactly what options I wanted, no trickery or confusion. Saw everything I was paying for throughout the checkout process. I do have a question for customer service as the bottom of my countertop seems more finished than the top, but I haven’t reached out just yet so don’t have an opinion of customer service right now. Was very well packed for shipping and arrived with no damage, even to the packaging. Well done, packing and logistics team :) Would like more information sent out on how to show the item has been installed in order to make sure the warrantee isn’t voided! Other than that, top-notch.

Such a small order could have shipped faster. Customer service wasn’t very helpful or willing to work with me on requests. They also always responded with “blessed” emails which is totally unprofessional when there are customers who are also non-believers.

I have to say the whole experience was great. The website is easy to navigate and order. I have a set of stairs that was builders grade with literally 2 6 construction. I custom ordered my oak treads to the sizes I needed ( various sizes) and was able to get bull nose edges, returns etc. Website was real easy. Communication was good when order was placed, processing, and shipping. It also was pretty quick for all the wood to arrive.

Samples arrived as ordered. Just big enough in size to make a choice for a counter top. In my opinion, this is a Must before ordering the big one. Sure, it's a little more out of pocket. But, totally worth knowing what the big piece will look like ahead of time.
