Convenient online ordering. Completion of order was a little slower than originally indicated. Customer service has been good. Updates during the fabrication process could have been more frequent / communication during fabrication phase could have been better. Overall, I am happy with the service and if I am happy with the product that I receive, I will use this company again. The freight charges seem high, though. I do understand the item is large and has some weight but the freight charges almost make me not want to order online.
