The service from the delivery company is better than the lumber company. Shipping charges are way too high for what's offered. I will not do business with this company again.

That wood counter top was perfect. The only issue I had was the turnaround time. When I place my order the confirmation stated the counter would be done 1-2 weeks from time order is places, mine took 5 weeks to be made. Customer service was great and responded quick to notify me they were really behind schedule and they were try their best. So just be cautious about time it’s takes, beside that the counter was beautiful.

I found the website very useful and user friendly. The delivered countertop was great. My only complaint is with FedEx as the shipper. Only work-day hours, 6- hour delivery window and no call ahead.

I had a very easy experience with HLC, the website made choosing and specifying my lumber needs very easy, transparent, and logical. At no point did I even feel the need to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that. The process following order and shipping took several weeks, but shipping was fast and the packing of each piece of lumber was exquisite. Everything arrived in perfect condition and exactly as I had ordered. Amazing product and really exciting to use this lumber in our kitchen remodel. Would definitely buy from HLC again.
